"Checkout was kind of a mess"
I was trying to order some perfume and, the checkout process was just kind of annoying. My card didn’t go through two times, even though I know it’s totally fine, so that was frustrating. Then, like, right at the end, the shipping total changed too. I did finally get the order placed, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly a great experience

I’ve ordered from Phlur a couple of times now, i think my favorite thing is how easy the scents are to layer. Some days I’ll just wear Missing Person by itself, and other days I add Vanilla Skin on top, and somehow it pretty much just works without feeling too heavy. Shipping was fine, as far as I remember, and everything arrived packed well. I like being able to change things up depending on my mood instead of committing to one perfume every day. So far, I’m really happy with what I’ve bought.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure what to think at first because I’ve never smelled anything quite like it. It’s different from what I usually go for, but after giving it a little time, I can see why some people would really like it

"Really impressed with these scents"
I ordered a couple of scents from PHLUR i ended up liking them way more than I expected. They have that clean smell but still feel a little interesting, if that makes sense? Not that sharp, fake perfume vibe that can be kind of overwhelming. One of them actually lasted most of the day on my hoodie, which surprised me because I wasn’t expecting that. I’m picky with fragrances, but these just feel easy to wear. I’d definitely buy again

"Return worked, just took a bit"
i mean, I had to return my order and it did go through in the end, but it took longer than I was expecting. Support was okay and helpful enough, just not the fastest.

I ordered from phlur.com i was pleasantly surprised by how well the scent carried. It’s not super loud or overwhelming, but my sister noticed it when I walked past her, which is exactly the kind of projection I like. It lasted a good few hours on me too. I really appreciate that it doesn’t smack you in the face, it just sits nicely and feels easy to wear. Definitely 5 stars from me...

"Nice look, but the cap could be better"
I do like the simple, clean look of the bottle, and it looks nice sitting on my shelf. But whoever designed the cap kind of dropped the ball a bit because it feels cheaper than I expected. The shape is also a little awkward to hold sometimes. It’s not bad by any means, I just thought it would feel a little nicer for the price

"Everything Came Exactly as Ordered"
I ordered two scents and a lotion from Phlur, and I was a little nervous at first because I’m always afraid of getting fooled online or ending up with the wrong items. But everything showed up exactly how I picked it, with no missing products or weird size mix-ups. The packing slip matched my order too, which seems simple but really made me feel better. Overall, I’m happy with the experience and I’d definitely order again.

"Showed up right on time, wish I’d ordered sooner"
I ordered from Phlur and the whole delivery process was super easy. I got tracking quickly, and the package arrived exactly when it said it would. Nothing was leaking or damaged, which I’m always a little nervous about with perfume. My only regret is not ordering sooner because it ended up being such a smooth experience. I’d definitely order again

"Not my favorite scent lately"
I just tried this recently, and the smell was the first thing I noticed. It comes off a bit synthetic to me and doesn’t really have that fresh, clean vibe I was hoping for. Maybe I’m being picky because I’ve used better-smelling products lately, but this one didn’t really do it for me

I did get my refund fast, which I really appreciated. That said, the overall process wasn’t the smoothest and I would’ve liked a little more communication along the way. Still, I’m glad it was resolved quickly.

Just a warning for anyone sensitive to strong fragrances: a few of the scents are really nice, but others were way too strong for me. They might be fine if you like bold smells, but I’d be careful before buying a bunch at once.

"Nice scents, but the support was frustrating"
I mean, I do really like the scents, so that part was fine. But the customer service was, like, frustrating. I emailed them about an issue with my order, and it took a few days just to hear back. Then when they finally replied, it kind of felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote, so I had to explain the whole thing again. It did get sorted out eventually, but there was just way too much back and forth. For the price, I guess I expected the support to be a lot better

I’ve ordered from Phlur a few times now, i was relieved to see that sold-out items don’t just disappear forever. I had my eye on a scent and kept checking back, not really sure if I’d ever catch it, but it did come back in stock after a bit. The timing isn’t always perfect, but compared to a lot of other sites, it feels way less frustrating...

"Nice scent, just doesn’t last long"
I do like the smell a lot, or at least I think I do—it’s pleasant and not too strong. But it seems to fade fast on me, unless I’m just not noticing it after a while. Overall, it’s nice, but I’m not totally sure I’d get it again.

"Soft but somehow gets all the compliments"
I love how this leaves this soft little trail when I walk by. It’s not overpowering or headache-level strong at all, but somehow people still notice it like I’m floating through a perfume commercial. I’m really happy with it.
